Hey mamas🫶🏼 How are we doing?? We hope you are all doing amazing as always-but even if you're not, that's perfectly okay and we are here for you always. In this episode, Janni and Rachel talk about needs over wants, and how important it is to listen to your body, mind, & soul. Sometimes a change in routine is so necessary, especially as moms. We have all heard how routine may be best for our children, but life is not perfect. No matter how much you might try to stick to the same day-to-day schedule, as humans it is so normal to just do what feels right sometimes. Motherhood can be very repetitive, and that's why we believe mothers should be able to step out of the cycle and focus on what they need for themselves. Because again, like we always preach, MOMS MATTER TOO! It is essential for us to take some time away, do the things we love to do, and prioritize ourselves...for the better of yourself and your children. Let this be your reminder to do something for you today, even if it may be out of your norm. It is so easy to become comfortable in your current situation, so if you're looking for change, it all begins with being in the uncomfortable.
